What you need to bring
1.  Suitcase and a backpack to carry essentials, hiking boots.

2.  Several sets of clothes and underwear, thermals, warm winter jackets, scarves, hat or gloves are recommended, mobile phone, camera and relating chargers.

3.  Lip balm, moisturizer, energy snacks, water bottle, wipes, hand sanitizer, travel medicine, etc.

4.  ID card / Passport; Green QR code, some emergency cash, sufficient face masks.

1、服装：速干衣裤、冲锋衣、皮肤衣、抓绒衣，根据具体天气情况而定；

2、防紫外线：帽子、头巾、眼镜；

3、登山或徒步鞋，厚袜子：不能是网面鞋，脚踝以下不能有孔；
